Administration System
Open Google Authenticator (or a similar app) and enter the current 6-digit code.
This account needs an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) before it can log in. In the app: add a new account, choose "Enter a setup key manually", and type in the key below.
Each code can be used once to log in if you lose access to your authenticator app. They will not be shown again after you close this window - write them down or save them somewhere safe.
Administration has blocked this device from using the system. Contact Administration if you believe this is a mistake.

Assign daily shift types to employees
Enter an Employee ID and date to see that day's shift.
Type a shift letter (M, F, G or H) directly into a day box - leave it blank to clear that day.
Employees scan their face on their phone. Check-in, leave requests and check-out are decided automatically from each employee's shift and the time of the scan.
Employee scan page:
| Actions | Time | ID | Name | Shift | Type | All scans of the day | Late (hrs) | OT (hrs) | Leave (hrs) | Location | Photo | Source |
|---|
Enter the employee, start the camera, then capture at least 3 angles (straight, slightly left, slightly right). Only that employee should be in view.
| Actions | ID | Name | Angles | Enrolled on |
|---|
Times for each shift. A check-out window opens at the shift end plus each overtime hour listed (for example 0,1,2,3). H (rest day) needs no settings: scans on an H day are ignored.
| Shift | Start | End | Break start | Break end | Overtime hours (comma separated) |
|---|
Both switches are OFF by default. Nothing changes in your daily routine until you turn one on.
For example pregnant or disabled employees: between the two dates they may check out this many minutes early and still get full working hours.
Use this when a scan is not possible (for example after the last check-out window has closed). It is saved like a scan and marked as Manual.
Export a finished day (normally the next morning, after 7:00 AM). The PDF opens in a print window - choose "Save as PDF".
Type the title of each signature box, for example Prepared by, Checked by, Approved by. A box with an empty title is not shown. Type a name under the line only if you want it printed.
Excel: the header lines are left-aligned. Signature boxes follow the position you choose.
Choose what to export, fill in the document details, then export it as PDF, Excel or Word. The Export buttons on each page still download directly.
